Dovi was born in 1969 in Belgium to a family of well-known businessmen. Today he lives in Petah Tikva. He is married, a father of six, and a grandfather of three. With 25 years of real estate and construction experience in Eastern and Western Europe and Israel, he has acquired the expertise and reputation that allow him to handle any project with professionalism, credibility, and guaranteed excellent results. He has managed projects including residential neighborhoods, commercial buildings, and large-scale urban renewal developments.
